I have been hosting storytelling meets for over a year for small groups of 10-12 people.

A lot of this rings true and was intuitive for me to do.

I work in regulated industries where complexity is the norm. Using storytelling allows us to hold the multiple truths of all the stake holders, while also mapping the current systems in place. It's an incredible lever for shifting perspective and opening up space for dialogue and compassion. Great piece!

There are many points of intersection between your work and the community storytelling program I am part of, but also some really cool components that differ from the community storytelling program— like the two truths and future storytelling. Personally, I am interested in this framework because I create spaces of rest, healing, and transformation for Black women; these tools would be amazing in helping Black women reimagine rest, power, and strength through storytelling.

The content is truly the intersection of storytelling & systems thinking - really insightful! I´m currently shifting form 'cooperate sustainability' to a more regenerative, systemic approach. By sharing my story here on substack, i aim to create space for authentic reflections and invite others to also share their story (how did we belief what we belief). As i started i realised, it's definitely not easy to start without an framework, the language and prompts. So i came up with the idea of combining the neuro-framework 'Tiny Experiment' and the concept of weaving stories: result was the 'tiny weaving experiment' (was just the fist thing that came to my mind). Basically, it's about sharing your story and how your perspective evolved, while using it as a 'collaborative tool for holding complexity' as you said. :) would love to connect for exchanging some experiences.

Thank you for sharing this, your journey and the ‘Tiny Weaving Experiment’ sound incredibly aligned with the spirit of this work. I love how you’re blending storytelling and neuroscience to hold complexity in a gentle, collaborative way. It’s not easy to begin without a framework, but what you’ve created sounds both intuitive and powerful. Are we connected on LinkedIn? This feels like a fertile space for mutual learning.
